小贴士选用里脊是因为里脊最嫩,不用过多炒制;其中配菜也可换成黄瓜和胡萝卜;最后调味要根据自家口味来定;不喜欢吃醋的亲可适量减少醋的加入。这是“山西过油肉”的做法,用花椒水代替白酒或料酒去腥,肉质鲜嫩,不失为下饭利器。
